Dragons are overall varied in appearance, as they have a wide array of traits that naturally come with their species and can take inspiration from a variety of depictions. They are most typically fairly tall and muscular in stature and build, especially with the inclusion of traits such as hard defensive scales, spines, and large hooked claws, but they are not limited to this type of appearance. Some dragons may lean heavier on the side of elegance with the inclusion of feathers, manes, and more colorful, cosmetic scales and fins across their body. Wings are also extremely common on any dragon, and these wings are just as varied as any other dragon trait. Dragon wings can come in many diverse and unique shapes, though they typically resemble a basis of classic dragon wings or feathered wings. While dragon wings are typically found around the back, smaller wings may also be on the arms in a wyvern-esque style, as well as spread out on other parts of the body such as the back of the head or cheeks. Dragons possessing the Thermal Energy trait also commonly exhibit smoke or flames exuding from or downright replacing limbs or portions of the body.
