A trait used to specify Pure Seers that have a seeing percentage of 70% to 89%.

• • This is a fairly large amount of potential for a creature to have, although it isn't as uncommon for Unicorns/Unicorn hybrids. While they will not be able to control their visions without training, they will occasionally receive minor visions or dreams. These focus on minor instances in time, often no more than a few seconds at a time, and rarely include other individuals. With time and training, it is easy for these individuals to improve their seeing skills and control them.
