Dreaming (Hypnotist)
A bonus of the Kitsune ability HYPNOTIST.
Allows a kitsune to cast the SLEEP debuff on an ally through a coin flip. A successful coin flip will inflict the ally with pleasant and restful dreaming. While the ally will lose turns due to the debuff, their health will also be restored by 25 HP.
Illusionist (Hypnotist)
A bonus of the Kitsune ability HYPNOTIST.
Allows a kitsune to cast the SLEEP debuff on an enemy through a coin flip. A successful coin flip will inflict the enemy with unpleasant and tormented nightmares. The enemy will lose turns due to the debuff as well as take 3 HP of chip damage from their nightmar
Echo (Booming)
A bonus of the Griffin ability BOOMING.
ECHO IS A FIELD ABILITY, meaning it can only be used a specified number of times on a certain quest/challenge. This number is unique to each quest and will be displayed clearly in the quest's introductory information.
A character can utilize echolocation to get a general direction/location on a desired individual/NPC/item/location. The character is also immune to sleep.
Characters with this bonus are also resistant to SLEEP.
Stall (Booming)
A bonus of the Griffin ability BOOMING.
A griffin can raise its voice to extremely loud volumes and may halt the attack of an opponent, but this comes at the cost of its own turn. To determine success, a coin will be flipped. The character is also immune to sleep.
Characters with this bonus are also resistant to SLEEP.
Knighthood (Pride)
A bonus of the Griffin ability PRIDE.
Natural strength in the ENDURING stat.
Toxic (Plague)
A bonus of the Tatzelwurm ability PLAGUE.
Within a fight, any direct attacks have a chance to inflict the enemy with the POISON debuff. To determine whether the opponent is poisoned, a coin will be flipped.
Characters with this bonus are also immune to POISON.
Bubonic (Plague)
A bonus of the Tatzelwurm ability PLAGUE.
An attack has a chance to inflict an additional debuff on the opponent if they are already poisoned. To determine success, a coin will be flipped, and if successful the debuff will be selected randomly.
Characters with this bonus are also immune to POISON.
Strong Claws (Reptilian)
A bonus of the Tatzelwurm ability REPTILIAN.
Able to utilize excellent claw strength, Tatzelwurms get a variety of bonuses when it comes to climbing. They are able to reach longer distances, climb for longer amounts than other species, as well as hold onto ledges for longer periods of time.
Virulent Scales (Reptilian)
A bonus of the Tatzelwurm ability REPTILIAN.
Twice per fight, Tatzelwurm have the ability to take a defensive stance to cast a random status effect at their attacker. To decide whether a status effect is inflicted or not, a coin will be flipped.
Rewind (Spellcasting)
A bonus of the Unicorn ability SPELLCASTING.
Unicorns have the option to roll twice on magic-related rolls such as Seeing. However, the second roll must be chosen no matter what even if it is worse than the first.
Potential (Spellcasting)
A bonus of the Unicorn ability SPELLCASTING.
Unicorns are known to naturally have the highest seeing potential of all species.
Deflection (Beguiling)
A bonus of the Unicorn ability BEGUILING.
A character may take control of a character’s incoming debuff and deflect it back at the user. However, if this fails, the debuff will do twice the damage or last an additional turn. To determine success, a coin will be flipped.
